The room lag power outlets to connect phone charger, pc or anything. There were no additional power outlets in the room. Guest has to unplug lamps or tv to be able to connect any charger for electronic equipment.

The hotel was beautiful. The rooms are well-kept and clean. The staff is very knowledgeable, friendly and they speak excellent English. The online pricing is reasonable. The in-room pricing is expensive. I highly recommend this hotel.
The bedding was not big enough for average size adults (we are both 5 foot 11 inches.

Great location near the castle and close to major events in the area. The cleanliness was impressive, and the hotel facilities were modern and well maintained. The breakfast was also a standout, and the staff were friendly and accommodating.

Great location close to a castle with a charming village nearby. Rooms were spacious and well maintained. Plenty of choices for restaurants and attentive service. Plus, the breakfast was yummy and had a variety of options.
The initial check-in process could be friendlier and more efficient. the hotel is a bit far from the highway, which could be a slight inconvenience for those arriving from certain directions.

The hotel is located near a beautiful castle and offers free indoor parking. Some rooms are spacious and the breakfast buffet has a decent selection. beware of the unpleasant smell from the staff at breakfast, especially in the restaurant.
The hotel lacks proper maintenance, and some rooms have mold in the shower.

This hotel is in a great location, close to public transportation options like the S and U bahn. It's just a short distance away from the city center, making it convenient for exploring. The restaurant at breakfast is especially enjoyable, with a wide variety of options to choose from. The staff here are excellent, always attentive and helpful in making my stay comfortable. The room amenities, such as the mini-bar and in-room safe, were a nice touch and added to the overall luxury of the stay.

Spent Christmas at this hotel and had a lovely time. the staff were really friendly and accommodating, they even organized a special dinner for the festive occasion. the hotel also had a cozy and welcoming atmosphere, which made my stay even better. the room was furnished nicely and had all the necessary amenities. Finally, the location was great because it was close to the town center and had plenty of nearby attractions to visit.
One minor disadvantage was that the hotel was a bit dated. the facilities could use some upgrades to match modern standards.
